1) Whatever you pay, feel good about it. 2) It's a dealer. No such thing as FIRM. 3) $17,900 is high, but not too bad (IMHO). Show up with cash or a check written out to them for $1#,###. 4) You can offer $15,000 and see what happens. If you get a check from your bank, have it written payable to DEALER or *your name*. Then if they don't take it, you can put it back in your account.
